A Successful Fund Raiser.

The following is a step by step guide to help you get the most from your event!

Pick a date.	Check with your school's calender and find a date that does not compete with a sporting event and allows access to your auditorium.

Prepare...	Download any or all pictures and posters from this web site. Use the pre-made posters or create your own with the various pictures and information provided. Print LOTS and LOTS for posting in your school and community.

Press Release.	Download the press release from the "Promo Materials" page. Add your event infomation and submit it to any and all print and broadcast media in your area. Because you are NonProfit, you should be able to get free coverage. Talk with local media, thay may take an interest and cover your event as a featured story! Michael is available for interview to all media services.

Audio Tape.	Download the audio from the "downloads" page. Dump it to cassette/CD. It is ready to be played during the morning announcements. It is high energy and will get the students attention!

Get Going...	At least 2 weeks before your event: Send the press release, post the posters all over the place. Run the tape the week of the show.

Tips and Hints.	Get as many posters out as your copier can handle. Post them everywhere: businesses, telephone poles, all over the school! (EXPOSURE, EXPOSURE, EXPOSURE) Start a voting "Drop Box" that allows students to vote for whom they would like to see in the show. And/Or make suggestions for a skit. Michael will pick one and add it to the show making it truley "Your Show!" (Creates involvement and interest!)
